Corrections Policy
How to report an error on Healthy Primix and how we review and correct our content.
Last updated
Accuracy matters, especially in health. When we get something wrong, we want to know, and we fix it openly.
How to report an error
Use the “Report a correction” button at the end of any article or tool, or contact us through the contact page. Please include:
- the page address (URL),
- what you think is wrong, and
- a source that supports the correction, if you have one.
What happens next
- We acknowledge reports as soon as we can.
- We check the claim against the cited sources and current guidance.
- If we find an error, we correct the page and update its “Updated” date.
- For significant factual errors (for example, a wrong dose, threshold or safety statement), we add a short correction note at the end of the article describing what changed and when.
What is not a correction
Spelling, formatting, broken links and clarity improvements are fixed without a correction note. Changes made because guidance has changed are treated as updates, not corrections.
Videos
Published videos cannot always be edited. If we find a significant error in a video, we add a correction in the video description or pinned comment, and we stop featuring it on this website if needed.
